At Monday Swimwear Online, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Any original packaging should be included when applicable.
- The item must not show signs of washing, damage, stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or other wear.
- Swimwear must have its original hygienic protective liner in place, where applicable.
For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without the original hygienic protection may not be eligible for a return.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been worn or washed.
- Items with removed or damaged tags.
- Items with visible stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other marks.
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer use.
- Items returned without required hygiene protection.
- Final sale or clearance items when specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards and other non-returnable products where applicable.
3. How to Request a Return

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is caused by an error on our part.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
